But if you just want to take a few minutes to enjoy his talent one more time, please read his story “Cerulean Dream,” on the Sirius Science Fiction webzine site. Lou was not just a good writer; he was a man who put his money where his mouth was and tried to boost the careers of other writers.
He will be missed.

Lou was a lovely chap, published my crazy ABBA inspired story "One Of Us Is Lying" on the Sirius SF site last year in November. He was a shining light during a dark difficult year and will be missed.
I'll have to check if the whole site is archived on the Wayback Machine, wouldn't want to lose this wonderful collection of stories he put out into the world. It was a fairly new market and just starting to find its feet, I hope someone chooses to maintain it.
